Hi - my name is Matt and I live in the mountains of far West Texas. In the little college town of Alpine, to be more specific, where I work as a historian at the museum on the campus of Sul Ross State University and where I teach a couple of history classes every semester. I'm retired from 20 years in the U.S. Coast Guard and so I naturaly love to travel! I also enjoy reading, motorcycling, fishing, photography, walking, and spending time with my little min-pin, Penny. I'm looking for a woman who enjoys the great outdoors, who can make a nice appearance at a museum function and then stop in for a cold one at a little hole-in-the-wall on the way home and not have any problems doing either. Don't worry - if we are going to have a beer, we won't be on my motorcycle!
