i’m a fun and funny 50 year old 5ft zero dude with epiphyseal dysplasia and a love of movies, music and comic-books ! i mean i love movies - i have a giant blu-ray collection and every time i’m resting up after an operation i always think i’m finally going to watch some of my unwatched film collection but suddenly i’m into season four of some terrible reality show instead ! i’ve got no baggage , a tea-total, child-free, ex-free free-wheeler (no car, no life, living in my parent’s loft ! ) but i’m a “young” soul, a would-be writer with no job (thanks covid-19 !) so suddenly realised as a man with a very mild form of dwarfism i could offer support and a sunshine-state-of-mind to a little lady . if heart and art are more important than dollar-bills and window-sills then i’m the nomadic no-mark for you! lol ! i live in the uk but willing to travel to anywhere non-mountainous for the girl of my dreams ! i’m a degree-educated under-achiever, a poetry-writing true-believer who’d love to slow-dance with someone shorter (young enough to be my daughter - joking ! age, unimportant . i’m greying and thinning so i’ll be lucky ! ) i’ve kind of always ruled out romance on the account of having put the small into small-town but suddenly had the time since my job finished in june to think what i want in life and the answer is 1. to be a published pro-writer 2. to find a soul-mate 3. to never take a pangolin to a chinese wet-market again 4. to make my mother smile once every day (normally by telling her i’m going out for an hour) 5. to marry that soul-mate in a cheap but extravagant ceremony 6. to be the second dwarf to be in a story that ends with the words “they all lived happily ever after” . in truth , lockdown coincided with a leg fracture , so i was able to assess, re-set and revive my ambitions . i feel strangely optimistic and feel i’m destined to achieve all the above (well, maybe not making my ma smile - she’s a tough crowd). j
